1 John 2

English: My little children, these things write I unto you, that all of you sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:

Malayalam: എന്റെ കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളേ, നിങ്ങൾ പാപം ചെയ്യാതിരിപ്പാൻ ഞാൻ ഇതു നിങ്ങൾക്കു എഴുതുന്നു. ഒരുത്തൻ പാപം ചെയ്തു എങ്കിലോ, നീതിമാനായ യേശുക്രിസ്തു എന്ന കാര്യസ്ഥൻ നമുക്കു പിതാവിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ഉണ്ടു.

English: And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for our's only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

Malayalam: അവൻ നമ്മുടെ പാപങ്ങൾക്കു പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം ആകുന്നു; നമ്മുടേതിന്നു മാത്രം അല്ല, സർവ്വലോകത്തിന്റെ പാപത്തിന്നും തന്നേ.

English: And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.

Malayalam: അവന്റെ കല്പനകളെ പ്രമാണിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ നാം അവനെ അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു അതിനാൽ അറിയുന്നു.

English: He that says, I know him, and keeps not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

Malayalam: അവനെ അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറകയും അവന്റെ കല്പനകളെ പ്രമാണിക്കാതിരിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ കള്ളൻ ആകുന്നു; സത്യം അവനിൽ ഇല്ല.

English: But whoso keeps his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.

Malayalam: എന്നാൽ ആരെങ്കിലും അവന്റെ വചനം പ്രമാണിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ അവനിൽ ദൈവസ്നേഹം വാസ്തവമായി തികഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു. നാം അവനിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു ഇതിനാൽ നമുക്കു അറിയാം.

English: He that says he abides in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.

Malayalam: അവനിൽ വസിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറയുന്നവൻ അവൻ നടന്നതുപോലെ നടക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു.

English: Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which all of you had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which all of you have heard from the beginning.

Malayalam: പ്രിയമുള്ളവരേ, പുതിയോരു കല്പനയല്ല ആദിമുതൽ നിങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള പഴയ കല്പനയത്രേ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു എഴുതുന്നതു. ആ പഴയ കല്പന നിങ്ങൾ കേട്ട വചനം തന്നേ.

English: Again, a new commandment I write unto you, which thing is true in him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the true light now shines.

Malayalam: പുതിയോരു കല്പന ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു എഴുതുന്നു എന്നും പറയാം. അതു അവനിലും നിങ്ങളിലും സത്യമായിരിക്കുന്നു; ഇരുട്ടു നീങ്ങിപോകുന്നു; സത്യവെളിച്ചം ഇതാ പ്രകാശിക്കുന്നു.

English: He that says he is in the light, and hates his brother, is in darkness even until now.

Malayalam: വെളിച്ചത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറകയും സഹോദരനെ പകെക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ ഇന്നെയോളം ഇരുട്ടിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നു.

English: He that loves his brother abides in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him.

Malayalam: സഹോദരനെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നവൻ വെളിച്ചത്തിൽ വസിക്കുന്നു; ഇടർച്ചെക്കു അവനിൽ കാരണമില്ല.

English: But he that hates his brother is in darkness, and walks in darkness, and knows not where he goes, because that darkness has blinded his eyes.

Malayalam: സഹോദരനെ പകെക്കുന്നവനോ ഇരുട്ടിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നു; ഇരുട്ടിൽ നടക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. ഇരുട്ടു അവന്റെ കണ്ണു കുരുടാക്കുകയാൽ എവിടേക്കു പോകുന്നു എന്നു അവൻ അറിയുന്നില്ല.

English: I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake.

Malayalam: കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളേ, നിങ്ങൾക്കു അവന്റെ നാമം നിമിത്തം പാപങ്ങൾ മോചിച്ചിരിക്കയാൽ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു എഴുതുന്നു.

English: I write unto you, fathers, because all of you have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because all of you have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because all of you have known the Father.

Malayalam: പിതാക്കന്മാരേ, ആദിമുതലുള്ളവനെ നിങ്ങൾ അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കയാൽ നിങ്ങൾക്കു എഴുതുന്നു. ബാല്യക്കാരേ, നിങ്ങൾ ദുഷ്ടനെ ജയിച്ചിരിക്കയാൽ നിങ്ങൾക്കു എഴുതുന്നു. കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളേ, നിങ്ങൾ പിതാവിനെ അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കയാൽ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: I have written unto you, fathers, because all of you have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because all of you are strong, and the word of God abides in you, and all of you have overcome the wicked one.

Malayalam: പിതാക്കന്മാരേ, ആദിമുതലുള്ളവനെ നിങ്ങൾ അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കയാൽ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നു. ബാല്യക്കാരേ, നിങ്ങൾ ശക്തരാകയാലും ദൈവവചനം നിങ്ങളിൽ വസിക്കയാലും നിങ്ങൾ ദുഷ്ടനെ ജയിച്ചിരിക്കയാലും ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

Malayalam: ലോകത്തെയും ലോകത്തിലുള്ളതിനെയും സ്നേഹിക്കരുതു. ഒരുവൻ ലോകത്തെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ അവനിൽ പിതാവിന്റെ സ്നേഹം ഇല്ല.

English: For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

Malayalam: ജഡമോഹം, കണ്മോഹം, ജീവനത്തിന്റെ പ്രതാപം ഇങ്ങനെ ലോകത്തിലുള്ളതു എല്ലാം പിതാവിൽനിന്നല്ല, ലോകത്തിൽനിന്നത്രേ ആകുന്നു.

English: And the world passes away, and the lust thereof: but he that does the will of God abides for ever.

Malayalam: ലോകവും അതിന്റെ മോഹവും ഒഴിഞ്ഞുപോകുന്നു; ദൈവേഷ്ടം ചെയ്യുന്നവനോ എന്നേക്കും ഇരിക്കുന്നു.

English: Little children, it is the last time: and as all of you have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

Malayalam: കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളേ, ഇതു അന്ത്യനാഴിക ആകുന്നു; എതിർക്രിസ്തു വരുന്നു എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടല്ലോ. ഇപ്പോൾ അനേകം എതിർക്രിസ്തുക്കൾ എഴുന്നേറ്റിരിക്കയാൽ അന്ത്യനാഴിക ആകുന്നു എന്നു നമുക്കു അറിയാം.

English: They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.

Malayalam: അവർ നമ്മുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു എങ്കിലും നമുക്കുള്ളവർ ആയിരുന്നില്ല; അവർ നമുക്കുള്ളവർ ആയിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ നമ്മോടുകൂടെ പാർക്കുമായിരുന്നു; എന്നാൽ എല്ലാവരും നമുക്കുള്ളവരല്ല എന്നു പ്രസിദ്ധമാകേണ്ടതല്ലോ.

English: But all of you have an anointing from the Holy One, and all of you know all things.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങളോ പരിശുദ്ധനാൽ അഭിഷേകം പ്രാപിച്ചു സകലവും അറിയുന്നു.

English: I have not written unto you because all of you know not the truth, but because all of you know it, and that no lie is of the truth.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ സത്യം അറിയായ്കകൊണ്ടല്ല, നിങ്ങൾ അതു അറികയാലും ഭോഷ്കു ഒന്നും സത്യത്തിൽനിന്നു വരായ്കയാലുമത്രേ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നതു.

English: Who is a liar but he that denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denies the Father and the Son.

Malayalam: യേശുവിനെ ക്രിസ്തുവല്ല എന്നു നിഷേധിക്കുന്നവൻ അല്ലാതെ കള്ളൻ ആർ ആകുന്നു? പിതാവിനെയും പുത്രനെയും നിഷേധിക്കുന്നവൻ തന്നേ എതിർക്രിസ്തു ആകുന്നു.

English: Whosoever denies the Son, the same has not the Father: he that acknowledges the Son has the Father also.

Malayalam: പുത്രനെ നിഷേധിക്കുന്നവന്നു പിതാവുമില്ല; പുത്രനെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നവനു പിതാവും ഉണ്ടു.

English: Let that therefore abide in you, which all of you have heard from the beginning. If that which all of you have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, all of you also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ ആദിമുതൽ കേട്ടതു നിങ്ങളിൽ വസിക്കട്ടെ. ആദിമുതൽ കേട്ടതു നിങ്ങളിൽ വസിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ നിങ്ങൾ പുത്രനിലും പിതാവിലും വസിക്കും.

English: And this is the promise that he has promised us, even eternal life.

Malayalam: ഇതാകുന്നു അവൻ നമുക്കു തന്ന വാഗ്ദത്തം: നിത്യജീവൻ തന്നേ.

English: These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങളെ തെറ്റിക്കുന്നവരെ ഓർത്തു ഞാൻ ഇതു നിങ്ങൾക്കു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: But the anointing which all of you have received of him abides in you, and all of you need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teaches you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it has taught you, all of you shall abide in him.

Malayalam: അവനാൽ പ്രാപിച്ച അഭിഷേകം നിങ്ങളിൽ വസിക്കുന്നു; ആരും നിങ്ങളെ ഉപദേശിപ്പാൻ ആവശ്യമില്ല; അവന്റെ അഭിഷേകം തന്നേ നിങ്ങൾക്കു സകലവും ഉപദേശിച്ചുതരികയാലും അതു ഭോഷ്കല്ല സത്യം തന്നേ ആയിരിക്കയാലും അതു നിങ്ങളെ ഉപദേശിച്ചതുപോലെ നിങ്ങൾ അവനിൽ വസിപ്പിൻ.

English: And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.

Malayalam: ഇനിയും കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളേ, അവൻ പ്രത്യക്ഷനാകുമ്പോൾ നാം അവന്റെ സന്നിധിയിൽ ലജ്ജിച്ചുപോകാതെ അവന്റെ പ്രത്യക്ഷതയിൽ നമുക്കു ധൈര്യം ഉണ്ടാകേണ്ടതിന്നു അവനിൽ വസിപ്പിൻ.

English: If all of you know that he is righteous, all of you know that every one that does righteousness is born of him.

Malayalam: അവൻ നീതിമാൻ എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ ഗ്രഹിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ നീതി ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ ഒക്കെയും അവനിൽനിന്നു ജനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയുന്നു.
