Ezekiel 8

English: And it came to pass in the sixth year, in the sixth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I sat in mine house, and the elders of Judah sat before me, that the hand of the Lord GOD fell there upon me.

Malayalam: ആറാം ആണ്ടു ആറാം മാസം അഞ്ചാം തിയ്യതി, ഞാൻ വീട്ടിൽ ഇരിക്കയും യെഹൂദാമൂപ്പന്മാർ എന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ ഇരിക്കയും ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ അവിടെ യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ കൈ എന്റെമേൽ വന്നു.

English: Then I beheld, and lo a likeness as the appearance of fire: from the appearance of his loins even downward, fire; and from his loins even upward, as the appearance of brightness, as the colour of amber.

Malayalam: അപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ മനുഷ്യസാദൃശത്തിൽ ഒരു രൂപം കണ്ടു; അവന്റെ അരമുതൽ കീഴോട്ടു തീപോലെയും അരമുതൽ മേലോട്ടു ശുക്ളസ്വർണ്ണത്തിന്റെ പ്രഭപോലെയും ആയിരുന്നു.

English: And he put forth the form of an hand, and took me by a lock of mine head; and the spirit lifted me up between the earth and the heaven, and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to the door of the inner gate that looks toward the north; where was the seat of the image of jealousy, which provokes to jealousy.

Malayalam: അവൻ കൈപോലെ ഒന്നു നീട്ടി എന്നെ തലമുടിക്കു പിടിച്ചു; ആത്മാവു എന്നെ ഭൂമിയുടെയും ആകാശത്തിന്റെയും മദ്ധ്യേ ഉയർത്തി ദിവ്യദർശനങ്ങളിൽ യെരൂശലേമിൽ വടക്കോട്ടുള്ള അകത്തെ വാതിൽക്കൽ കൊണ്ടുചെന്നു; അവിടെ തീഷ്ണത ജനിപ്പിക്കുന്ന തീക്ഷ്ണതാ ബിംബത്തിന്റെ ഇരിപ്പിടം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

English: And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel was there, according to the vision that I saw in the plain.

Malayalam: അവിടെ ഞാൻ സമഭൂമിയിൽ കണ്ട ദർശനം പോലെ യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മഹത്വം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

English: Then said he unto me, Son of man, lift up yours eyes now the way toward the north. So I lifted up mine eyes the way toward the north, and behold northward at the gate of the altar this image of jealousy in the entry.

Malayalam: അവൻ എന്നോടു: മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, തലപൊക്കി വടക്കോട്ടു നോക്കുക എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു; ഞാൻ തലപൊക്കി വടക്കോട്ടു നോക്കി; യാഗപീഠത്തിന്റെ വാതിലിന്നു വടക്കോട്ടു, പ്രവേശനത്തിങ്കൽ തന്നേ, ആ തിക്ഷണതാബിംബത്തെ കണ്ടു.

English: He said furthermore unto me, Son of man, see you what they do? even the great abominations that the house of Israel commits here, that I should go far off from my sanctuary? but turn you yet again, and you shall see greater abominations.

Malayalam: അവൻ എന്നോടു: മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, അവർ ചെയ്യുന്നതു, ഞാൻ എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരം വിട്ടു പോകേണ്ടതിന്നു യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹം ഇവിടെ ചെയ്യുന്ന മഹാമ്ളേച്ഛതകൾ തന്നേ, നീ കാണുന്നുവോ? ഇതിലും വലിയ മ്ളേച്ഛതകളെ നീ കാണും എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

English: And he brought me to the door of the court; and when I looked, behold a hole in the wall.

Malayalam: അവൻ എന്നെ പ്രാകാരത്തിന്റെ വാതിൽക്കൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയി; ഞാൻ നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ ചുവരിൽ ഒരു ദ്വാരം കണ്ടു.

English: Then said he unto me, Son of man, dig now in the wall: and when I had dug in the wall, behold a door.

Malayalam: അവൻ എന്നോടു: മനുഷ്യ പുത്രാ, ചുവർ കുത്തിത്തുരക്കുക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു; ഞാൻ ചുവർ കുത്തിത്തുരന്നാറെ ഒരു വാതിൽ കണ്ടു.

English: And he said unto me, Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here.

Malayalam: അവൻ എന്നോടു: അകത്തു ചെന്നു, അവർ ഇവിടെ ചെയ്യുന്ന വല്ലാത്ത മ്ളേച്ഛതകളെ നോക്കുക എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.

English: So I went in and saw; and behold every form of creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel, portrayed upon the wall round about.

Malayalam: അങ്ങനെ ഞാൻ അകത്തു ചെന്നു: വെറുപ്പായുള്ള ഓരോ തരം ഇഴജാതികളെയും മൃഗങ്ങളെയും യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തിന്റെ സകലവിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെയും ചുറ്റും ചുവരിന്മേൽ വരെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതു കണ്ടു.

English: And there stood before them seventy men of the ancients of the house of Israel, and in the midst of them stood Jaazaniah the son of Shaphan, with every man his censer in his hand; and a thick cloud of incense went up.

Malayalam: അവയുടെ മുമ്പിൽ യിസ്രായേൽ ഗൃഹത്തിന്റെ മൂപ്പന്മാരിൽ എഴുപതുപേരും ശാഫാന്റെ മകനായ യയസന്യാവു അവരുടെ നടുവിലും ഓരോരുത്തൻ കയ്യിൽ ധൂപകലശം പിടിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു നിന്നു; ധൂപമേഘത്തിന്റെ വാസന പൊങ്ങിക്കൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.

English: Then said he unto me, Son of man, have you seen what the ancients of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers of his imagery? for they say, the LORD sees us not; the LORD has forsaken the earth.

Malayalam: അപ്പോൾ അവൻ എന്നോടു: മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തിന്റെ മൂപ്പന്മാർ ഇരുട്ടത്തു ഓരോരുത്തൻ താന്താന്റെ ബിംബങ്ങളുടെ അറകളിൽ ചെയ്യുന്നതു നീ കാണുന്നുവോ? യഹോവ നമ്മെ കാണുന്നില്ല, യഹോവ ദേശത്തെ വിട്ടുപോയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു അവർ പറയുന്നു എന്നരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

English: He said also unto me, Turn you yet again, and you shall see greater abominations that they do.

Malayalam: അവർ ഇതിലും വലിയ മ്ളേച്ഛതകളെ ചെയ്യുന്നതു നീ കാണും എന്നും അവൻ എന്നോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

English: Then he brought me to the door of the gate of the LORD's house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz.

Malayalam: അവൻ എന്നെ യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിൽ വടക്കോട്ടുള്ള വാതിലിന്റെ പ്രവേശനത്തിങ്കൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയി, അവിടെ സ്ത്രീകൾ തമ്മൂസിനെക്കുറിച്ചു കരഞ്ഞുംകൊണ്ടു ഇരിക്കുന്നതു ഞാൻ കണ്ടു.

English: Then said he unto me, Have you seen this, O son of man? turn you yet again, and you shall see greater abominations than these.

Malayalam: അവൻ എന്നോടു: മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ കാണുന്നുവോ? ഇതിലും വലിയ മ്ളേച്ഛതകളെ ഇനിയും കാണും എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

English: And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD's house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east.

Malayalam: അവൻ എന്നെ യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിന്റെ അകത്തെ പ്രാകാരത്തിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയി, യഹോവയുടെ മന്ദിരത്തിന്റെ വാതിൽക്കൽ മണ്ഡപത്തിന്നും യാഗപീഠത്തിന്നും നടുവെ ഏകദേശം ഇരുപത്തഞ്ചു പുരുഷന്മാർ തങ്ങളുടെ മുതുകു യഹോവയുടെ മന്ദിരത്തിന്റെ നേരെയും മുഖം കിഴക്കോട്ടും തിരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു നിന്നിരുന്നു; അവർ കിഴക്കോട്ടു നോക്കി സൂര്യനെ നമസ്കരിക്കയായിരുന്നു.

English: Then he said unto me, Have you seen this, O son of man? Is it a light thing to the house of Judah that they commit the abominations which they commit here? for they have filled the land with violence, and have returned to provoke me to anger: and, lo, they put the branch to their nose.

Malayalam: അപ്പോൾ അവൻ എന്നോടു: മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ കാണുന്നുവോ? യെഹൂദാഗൃഹം ഇവിടെ ചെയ്യുന്ന മ്ളേച്ഛതകൾ പോരാഞ്ഞിട്ടോ, അവർ എന്നെ അധികമധികം കോപിപ്പിപ്പാൻ ദേശത്തെ സാഹസംകൊണ്ടു നിറെക്കുന്നതു? കണ്ടില്ലേ അവർ ചുള്ളി മൂക്കിന്നു തൊടുവിക്കുന്നതു?

English: Therefore will I also deal in fury: mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them.

Malayalam: ആകയാൽ ഞാനും ക്രോധത്തോടെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കും; എന്റെ കണ്ണു ആദരിക്കയില്ല; ഞാൻ കരുണ കാണിക്കയുമില്ല; അവർ അത്യുച്ചത്തിൽ എന്നോടു നിലവിളിച്ചാലും ഞാൻ അപേക്ഷ കേൾക്കയില്ല എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.
