Genesis 5

English: This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him;

Malayalam: ആദാമിന്റെ വംശപാരമ്പര്യമാവിതു: ദൈവം മനുഷ്യനെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചപ്പോൾ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ സാദൃശ്യത്തിൽ അവനെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി; ആണും പെണ്ണുമായി അവരെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു;

English: Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.

Malayalam: സൃഷ്ടിച്ച നാളിൽ അവരെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കയും അവർക്കു ആദാമെന്നു പേരിടുകയും ചെയ്തു.

English: And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and brings forth a son in his own likeness, and after his image; and called his name Seth:

Malayalam: ആദാമിനു നൂറ്റിമുപ്പതു വയസ്സായാപ്പോൾ അവൻ തന്റെ സാദൃശ്യത്തിൽ തന്റെ സ്വരൂപപ്രകാരം ഒരു മകനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; അവന്നു ശേത്ത് എന്നു പേരിട്ടു.

English: And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he brings forth sons and daughters:

Malayalam: ആദാമിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തി മുപ്പതു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവൻ മരിച്ചു.

English: And Seth lived an hundred and five years, and brings forth Enos:

Malayalam: ശേത്തിന്നു നൂറ്റഞ്ചു വയസ്സായപ്പോൾ അവൻ എനോശിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

English: And Seth lived after he brings forth Enos eight hundred and seven years, and brings forth sons and daughters:

Malayalam: എനോശിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചശേഷം ശേത്ത് എണ്ണൂറ്റേഴു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

English: And all the days of Seth were nine hundred and twelve years: and he died.

Malayalam: ശേത്തിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തി പന്ത്രണ്ടു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവൻ മരിച്ചു.

English: And Enos lived ninety years, and brings forth Cainan:

Malayalam: എനോശിന്നു തൊണ്ണൂറു വയസ്സായപ്പോൾ അവൻ കേനാനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

English: And Enos lived after he brings forth Cainan eight hundred and fifteen years, and brings forth sons and daughters:

Malayalam: കേനാനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം എനോശ് എണ്ണൂറ്റിപതിനഞ്ചു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

English: And all the days of Enos were nine hundred and five years: and he died.

Malayalam: എനോശിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തഞ്ചു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവൻ മരിച്ചു.

English: And Cainan lived seventy years and brings forth Mahalaleel:

Malayalam: കേനാന്നു എഴുപതു വയസ്സായപ്പോൾ അവൻ മഹലലേലിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

English: And Cainan lived after he brings forth Mahalaleel eight hundred and forty years, and brings forth sons and daughters:

Malayalam: മഹലലേലിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം കേനാൻ എണ്ണൂറ്റിനാല്പതു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

English: And all the days of Cainan were nine hundred and ten years: and he died.

Malayalam: കേനാന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തി പത്തു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവൻ മരിച്ചു.

English: And Mahalaleel lived sixty and five years, and brings forth Jared:

Malayalam: മഹലലേലിന്നു അറുപത്തഞ്ചു വയസ്സായപ്പോൾ അവൻ യാരെദിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

English: And Mahalaleel lived after he brings forth Jared eight hundred and thirty years, and brings forth sons and daughters:

Malayalam: യാരെദിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം മഹലലേൽ എണ്ണൂറ്റിമുപ്പതു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

English: And all the days of Mahalaleel were eight hundred ninety and five years: and he died.

Malayalam: മഹലലേലിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം ആകെ എണ്ണൂറ്റി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റഞ്ചു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവൻ മരിച്ചു.

English: And Jared lived an hundred sixty and two years, and he brings forth Enoch:

Malayalam: യാരെദിന്നു നൂറ്ററുപത്തിരണ്ടു വയസ്സായപ്പോൾ അവൻ ഹാനോക്കിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

English: And Jared lived after he brings forth Enoch eight hundred years, and brings forth sons and daughters:

Malayalam: ഹാനോക്കിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം യാരെദ് എണ്ണൂറു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

English: And all the days of Jared were nine hundred sixty and two years: and he died.

Malayalam: യാരെദിന്റെ ആയൂഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തറുപത്തിരണ്ടു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവൻ മരിച്ചു.

English: And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and brings forth Methuselah:

Malayalam: ഹാനോക്കിന്നു അറുപത്തഞ്ചു വയസ്സായപ്പോൾ അവൻ മെഥൂശലഹിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

English: And Enoch walked with God after he brings forth Methuselah three hundred years, and brings forth sons and daughters:

Malayalam: മെഥൂശലഹിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം ഹാനോക്ക് മൂന്നൂറു സംവത്സരം ദൈവത്തോടുകൂടെ നടക്കയും പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിക്കയും ചെയ്തു.

English: And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years:

Malayalam: ഹനോക്കിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം ആകെ മുന്നൂറ്ററുപത്തഞ്ചു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു.

English: And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.

Malayalam: ഹാനോക്ക് ദൈവത്തോടുകൂടെ നടന്നു, ദൈവം അവനെ എടുത്തുകൊണ്ടതിനാൽ കാണാതെയായി.

English: And Methuselah lived an hundred eighty and seven years, and brings forth Lamech.

Malayalam: മെഥൂശലഹിന്നു നൂറ്റെണ്പത്തേഴു വയസ്സായപ്പോൾ അവൻ ലാമേക്കിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

English: And Methuselah lived after he brings forth Lamech seven hundred eighty and two years, and brings forth sons and daughters:

Malayalam: ലാമേക്കിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചശേഷം മെഥൂശലഹ് എഴുനൂറ്റെണ്പത്തിരണ്ടു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

English: And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty and nine years: and he died.

Malayalam: മെഥൂശലഹിന്റെ ആയൂഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തറുപത്തൊമ്പതു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവൻ മരിച്ചു.

English: And Lamech lived an hundred eighty and two years, and brings forth a son:

Malayalam: ലാമേക്കിന്നു നൂറ്റെണ്പത്തിരണ്ടു വയസ്സായപ്പോൾ അവൻ ഒരു മകനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

English: And he called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD has cursed.

Malayalam: യഹോവ ശപിച്ച ഭൂമിയിൽ നമ്മുടെ പ്രവൃത്തിയിലും നമ്മുടെ കൈകളുടെ പ്രയത്നത്തിലും ഇവൻ നമ്മെ ആശ്വസിപ്പിക്കുമെന്നു പറഞ്ഞു അവന്നു നോഹ എന്നു പേർ ഇട്ടു.

English: And Lamech lived after he brings forth Noah five hundred ninety and five years, and brings forth sons and daughters:

Malayalam: നോഹയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചശേഷം ലാമേക്ക് അഞ്ഞൂറ്റി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റഞ്ചു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.

English: And all the days of Lamech were seven hundred seventy and seven years: and he died.

Malayalam: ലാമേക്കിന്റെ ആയൂഷ്കാലം ആകെ എഴുനൂറ്റെഴുപത്തേഴു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവൻ മരിച്ചു.

English: And Noah was five hundred years old: and Noah brings forth Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

Malayalam: നോഹെക്കു അഞ്ഞൂറു വയസ്സായശേഷം നോഹ ശേമിനെയും ഹാമിനെയും യാഫെത്തിനെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
