Isaiah 16

English: Send all of you the lamb to the ruler of the land from Sela to the wilderness, unto the mount of the daughter of Zion.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ ദേശാധിപതിക്കു വേണ്ടിയുള്ള കുഞ്ഞാടുകളെ സേലയിൽനിന്നു മരുഭൂമിവഴിയായി സീയോൻ പുത്രിയുടെ പർവ്വതത്തിലേക്കു കൊടുത്തയപ്പിൻ.

English: For it shall be, that, as a wandering bird cast out of the nest, so the daughters of Moab shall be at the fords of Arnon.

Malayalam: മോവാബിന്റെ പുത്രിമാർ കൂടു വിട്ടലയുന്ന പക്ഷികളെപ്പോലെ അർന്നോന്റെ കടവുകളിൽ ഇരിക്കും.

English: Take counsel, execute judgment; make your shadow as the night in the midst of the noonday; hide the outcasts; betray not him that wanders.

Malayalam: ആലോചന പറഞ്ഞുതരിക; മദ്ധ്യസ്ഥം ചെയ്ക; നിന്റെ നിഴലിനെ നട്ടുച്ചെക്കു രാത്രിയെപ്പോലെ ആക്കുക; ഭ്രഷ്ടന്മാരെ ഒളിപ്പിക്ക; അലഞ്ഞു നടക്കുന്നവനെ കാണിച്ചുകൊടുക്കരുതു.

English: Let mine outcasts dwell with you, Moab; be you a covert to them from the face of the spoiler: for the extortionist is at an end, the spoiler ceases, the oppressors are consumed out of the land.

Malayalam: മോവാബിന്റെ ഭ്രഷ്ടന്മാർ നിന്നോടുകൂടെ പാർത്തുകൊള്ളട്ടെ; കവർച്ചക്കാരന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ നീ അവർക്കു ഒരു മറവായിരിക്ക; എന്നാൽ പീഡകൻ ഇല്ലാതെയാകും; കവർച്ച അവസാനിക്കും; ചവിട്ടിക്കളയുന്നവർ ദേശത്തുനിന്നു മുടിഞ്ഞുപോകും.

English: And in mercy shall the throne be established: and he shall sit upon it in truth in the tabernacle of David, judging, and seeking judgment, and hasting righteousness.

Malayalam: അങ്ങനെ ദയയാൽ സിംഹാസനം സ്ഥിരമായ്‍വരും; അതിന്മേൽ ദാവീദിന്റെ കൂടാരത്തിൽനിന്നു ഒരുത്തൻ ന്യായപാലനം ചെയ്തും ന്യായതല്പരനായും നീതിനടത്തുവാൻ വേഗതയുള്ളവനായും നേരോടെ ഇരിക്കും.

English: We have heard of the pride of Moab; he is very proud: even of his haughtiness, and his pride, and his wrath: but his lies shall not be so.

Malayalam: ഞങ്ങൾ മോവാബിന്റെ ഗർവ്വത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടു; അവൻ മഹാഗർവ്വിയാകുന്നു; അവന്റെ നിഗളത്തെയും ഡംഭത്തെയും ക്രോധത്തെയും വ്യർത്ഥപ്രശംസയെയും കുറിച്ചും കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടു.

English: Therefore shall Moab wail for Moab, every one shall wail: for the foundations of Kirhareseth shall all of you mourn; surely they are stricken.

Malayalam: അതുകൊണ്ടു മോവാബിനെപ്പറ്റി മോവാബ് തന്നേ മുറയിടും; എല്ലാവരും മുറയിടും; കീർ-ഹരേശെത്തിന്റെ മുന്തിരിയടകളെക്കുറിച്ചു നിങ്ങൾ കേവലം ദുഃഖിതന്മാരായി വിലപിക്കും.

English: For the fields of Heshbon languish, and the vine of Sibmah: the lords of the heathen have broken down the principal plants thereof, they are come even unto Jazer, they wandered through the wilderness: her branches are stretched out, they are gone over the sea.

Malayalam: ഹെശ്ബേൻ വയലുകളും ശിബ്മയിലെ മുന്തിരിവള്ളിയും ഉണങ്ങിക്കിടക്കുന്നു; അതിലെ മേത്തരമായ വള്ളിയെ ജാതികളുടെ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാർ ഒടിച്ചു കളഞ്ഞു; അതു യസേർവരെ നീണ്ടു മരുഭൂമിയിലോളം പടർന്നിരുന്നു; അതിന്റെ ശാഖകൾ പടർന്നു കടൽ കടന്നിരുന്നു.

English: Therefore I will mourn for with the weeping of Jazer the vine of Sibmah: I will water you with my tears, O Heshbon, and Elealeh: for the shouting for your summer fruits and for your harvest is fallen.

Malayalam: അതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ യസേരിനോടുകൂടെ ശിബ്മയിലെ മുന്തിരിവള്ളിയെക്കുറിച്ചു കരയും; ഹെശ്ബോനേ, എലെയാലേ, ഞാൻ നിന്നെ എന്റെ കണ്ണുനീരുകൊണ്ടു നനെക്കും; നിന്റെ വേനൽക്കനികൾക്കും നിന്റെ കൊയ്ത്തിന്നും പോർ വിളി നേരിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: And gladness is taken away, and joy out of the plentiful field; and in the vineyards there shall be no singing, neither shall there be shouting: the treaders shall tread out no wine in their presses; I have made their vintage shouting to cease.

Malayalam: സന്തോഷവും ആനന്ദവും വിളനിലത്തുനിന്നു പോയ്പോയിരിക്കുന്നു; മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടങ്ങളിൽ പാട്ടില്ല, ഉല്ലാസഘോഷവുമില്ല; ചവിട്ടുകാർ ചക്കുകളിൽ മുന്തിരിങ്ങാ ചവിട്ടുകയുമില്ല; മുന്തിരിക്കൊയ്ത്തിന്റെ ആർപ്പുവിളി ഞാൻ നിർത്തിക്കളഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: Wherefore my bowels shall sound like an harp for Moab, and mine inward parts for Kirharesh.

Malayalam: അതുകൊണ്ടു എന്റെ ഉള്ളം മോവാബിനെക്കുറിച്ചും എന്റെ അന്തരംഗം കീർഹേരെശിനെക്കുറിച്ചും കിന്നരംപോലെ മുഴങ്ങുന്നു.

English: And it shall come to pass, when it is seen that Moab is weary on the high place, that he shall come to his sanctuary to pray; but he shall not prevail.

Malayalam: പിന്നെ മോവാബ് പൂജാഗിരിയിൽ ചെന്നു പാടുപെട്ടു ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാർത്ഥിപ്പാൻ കടന്നാൽ അവൻ കൃതാർത്ഥനാകയില്ല.

English: This is the word that the LORD has spoken concerning Moab since that time.

Malayalam: ഇതാകുന്നു യഹോവ പണ്ടു തന്നേ മോവാബിനെക്കുറിച്ചു അരുളിച്ചെയ്ത വചനം.

English: But now the LORD has spoken, saying, Within three years, as the years of a worker, and the glory of Moab shall be contemned, with all that great multitude; and the remnant shall be very small and feeble.

Malayalam: ഇപ്പോൾ യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നതോ: കൂലിക്കാരന്റെ ആണ്ടുപോലെയുള്ള മൂന്നു ആണ്ടിന്നകം മോവാബിന്റെ മഹത്വം അവന്റെ സർവ്വമഹാപുരുഷാരത്തോടുകൂടെ തുച്ഛീകരിക്കപ്പെടും; അവന്റെ ശേഷിപ്പു അത്യല്പവും അഗണ്യവും ആയിരിക്കും.
