John 10

English: Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that enters not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.

Malayalam: “ആമേൻ, ആമേൻ, ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു, ആട്ടിൻ തൊഴിത്തിൽ വാതിലൂടെ കടക്കാതെ വേറെ വഴിയായി കയറുന്നവൻ കള്ളനും കവർച്ചക്കാരനും ആകുന്നു.

English: But he that enters in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.

Malayalam: വാതിലൂടെ കടക്കുന്നവനോ ആടുകളുടെ ഇടയൻ ആകുന്നു.

English: To him the gate keeper opens; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calls his own sheep by name, and leads them out.

Malayalam: അവന്നു വാതിൽ കാവൽക്കാരൻ തുറന്നുകൊടുക്കുന്നു; ആടുകൾ അവന്റെ ശബ്ദം കേൾക്കുന്നു; തന്റെ ആടുകളെ അവൻ പേർ ചൊല്ലി വിളിച്ചു പുറത്തു കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്നു.

English: And when he puts forth his own sheep, he goes before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.

Malayalam: തനിക്കുള്ളവയെ ഒക്കെയും പുറത്തുകൊണ്ടു പോയശേഷം അവൻ അവെക്കു മുമ്പായി നടക്കുന്നു; ആടുകൾ അവന്റെ ശബ്ദം അറിഞ്ഞു അവനെ അനുഗമിക്കുന്നു.

English: And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.

Malayalam: അന്യന്മാരുടെ ശബ്ദം അറിയായ്കകൊണ്ടു അവ അന്യനെ അനുഗമിക്കാതെ വിട്ടു ഓടിപ്പോകും.

English: This parable spoke Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spoke unto them.

Malayalam: ഈ സാദൃശ്യം യേശു അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞു; എന്നാൽ തങ്ങളോടു പറഞ്ഞതു ഇന്നതു എന്നു അവർ ഗ്രഹിച്ചില്ല.

English: Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.

Malayalam: യേശു പിന്നെയും അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞതു: “ആമേൻ, ആമേൻ, ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു: ആടുകളുടെ വാതിൽ ഞാൻ ആകുന്നു.

English: All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.

Malayalam: എനിക്കു മുമ്പെ വന്നവർ ഒക്കെയും കള്ളന്മാരും കവർച്ചക്കാരും അത്രേ; ആടുകളോ അവരുടെ വാക്കു കേട്ടില്ല.

English: I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ വാതിൽ ആകുന്നു; എന്നിലൂടെ കടക്കുന്നവൻ രക്ഷപ്പെടും; അവൻ അകത്തു വരികയും പുറത്തുപോകയും മേച്ചൽ കണ്ടെത്തുകയും ചെയ്യും.

English: The thief comes not, but in order to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Malayalam: മോഷ്ടിപ്പാനും അറുപ്പാനും മുടിപ്പാനും അല്ലാതെ കള്ളൻ വരുന്നില്ല; അവർക്കു ജീവൻ ഉണ്ടാകുവാനും സമൃദ്ധിയായിട്ടു ഉണ്ടാകുവാനും അത്രേ ഞാൻ വന്നിരിക്കുന്നതു.

English: I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd gives his life for the sheep.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ നല്ല ഇടയൻ ആകുന്നു; നല്ല ഇടയൻ ആടുകൾക്കു വേണ്ടി തന്റെ ജീവനെ കൊടുക്കുന്നു.

English: But he that is a worker, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, sees the wolf coming, and left the sheep, and flees: and the wolf catches them, and scatters the sheep.

Malayalam: ഇടയനും ആടുകളുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥനുമല്ലാത്ത കൂലിക്കാരൻ ചെന്നായ് വരുന്നതു കണ്ടു ആടുകളെ വിട്ടു ഓടിക്കളയുന്നു; ചെന്നായ് അവയെ പിടിക്കയും ചിന്നിച്ചുകളകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

English: The worker flees, because he is a worker, and cares not for the sheep.

Malayalam: അവൻ കൂലിക്കാരനും ആടുകളെക്കുറിച്ചു വിചാരമില്ലാത്തവനുമല്ലോ.

English: I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ നല്ല ഇടയൻ; പിതാവു എന്നെ അറികയും ഞാൻ പിതാവിനെ അറികയും ചെയ്യുന്നതുപോലെ ഞാൻ എനിക്കുള്ളവയെ അറികയും എനിക്കുള്ളവ എന്നെ അറികയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

English: As the Father knows me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.

Malayalam: ആടുകൾക്കു വേണ്ടി ഞാൻ എന്റെ ജീവനെ കൊടുക്കുന്നു.

English: And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

Malayalam: ഈ തൊഴുത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാത്ത വേറെ ആടുകൾ എനിക്കു ഉണ്ടു; അവയെയും ഞാൻ നടത്തേണ്ടതാകുന്നു; അവ എന്റെ ശബ്ദം കേൾക്കും; ഒരാട്ടിൻ കൂട്ടവും ഒരിടയനും ആകും.

English: Therefore does my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.

Malayalam: എന്റെ ജീവനെ വീണ്ടും പ്രാപിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞാൻ അതിനെ കൊടുക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു പിതാവു എന്നെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു.

English: No man takes it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.

Malayalam: ആരും അതിനെ എന്നോടു എടുത്തുകളയുന്നില്ല; ഞാൻ തന്നേ അതിനെ കൊടുക്കുന്നു; അതിനെ കൊടുപ്പാൻ എനിക്കു അധികാരം ഉണ്ടു; വീണ്ടും പ്രാപിപ്പാനും അധികാരം ഉണ്ടു; ഈ കല്പന എന്റെ പിതാവിങ്കൽ നിന്നു എനിക്കു ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: There was a division therefore again among the Jews for these sayings.

Malayalam: ഈ വചനം നിമിത്തം യെഹൂദന്മാരുടെ ഇടയിൽ പിന്നെയും ഭിന്നത ഉണ്ടായി.

English: And many of them said, He has a devil, and is mad; why hear all of you him?

Malayalam: അവരിൽ പലരും; അവന്നു ഭൂതം ഉണ്ടു; അവൻ ഭ്രാന്തൻ ആകുന്നു; അവന്റെ വാക്കു കേൾക്കുന്നതു എന്തിന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: Others said, These are not the words of him that has a devil. Can a devil open the eyes of the blind?

Malayalam: മറ്റു ചിലർ: ഇതു ഭൂതഗ്രസ്തന്റെ വാക്കല്ല; ഭൂതത്തിന്നു കുരുടന്മാരുടെ കണ്ണു തുറപ്പാൻ കഴിയുമോ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter.

Malayalam: അനന്തരം യെരൂശലേമിൽ പ്രതിഷ്ഠോത്സവം ആചരിച്ചു; അന്നു ശീതകാലമായിരുന്നു.

English: And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon's porch.

Malayalam: യേശു ദൈവലായത്തിൽ ശലോമോന്റെ മണ്ഡപത്തിൽ നടന്നുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.

English: Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long do you make us to doubt? If you be the Christ, tell us plainly.

Malayalam: യെഹൂദന്മാർ അവനെ വളഞ്ഞു: നീ എത്രത്തോളം ഞങ്ങളെ ആശിപ്പിക്കുന്നു? നീ ക്രിസ്തു എങ്കിൽ സ്പഷ്ടമായി പറക എന്നു അവനോടു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: Jesus answered them, I told you, and all of you believed not: the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me.

Malayalam: യേശു അവരോടു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതു: “ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ടു; എങ്കിലും നിങ്ങൾ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നില്ല; എന്റെ പിതാവിന്റെ നാമത്തിൽ ഞാൻ ചെയ്യുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തികൾ എനിക്കു സാക്ഷ്യം ആകുന്നു.

English: But all of you believe not, because all of you are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങളോ എന്റെ ആടുകളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലുള്ളവരല്ലായ്കയാൽ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നില്ല. എന്റെ ആടുകൾ എന്റെ ശബ്ദം കേൾക്കുന്നു;

English: My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

Malayalam: ഞാൻ അവയെ അറികയും അവ എന്നെ അനുഗമിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

English: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ അവെക്കു നിത്യജീവൻ കൊടുക്കുന്നു; അവ ഒരുനാളും നശിച്ചു പോകയില്ല; ആരും അവയെ എന്റെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നു പിടിച്ചുപറിക്കയും ഇല്ല.

English: My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

Malayalam: അവയെ തന്നിരിക്കുന്ന എന്റെ പിതാവു എല്ലാവരിലും വലിയവൻ; പിതാവിന്റെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നു പിടിച്ചുപറിപ്പാൻ ആർക്കും കഴികയില്ല

English: I and my Father are one.

Malayalam: ഞാനും പിതാവും ഒന്നാകുന്നു.”

English: Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.

Malayalam: യെഹൂദന്മാർ അവനെ എറിവാൻ പിന്നെയും കല്ലു എടുത്തു.

English: Jesus answered them, Many good works have I showed you from my Father; for which of those works do all of you stone me?

Malayalam: യേശു അവരോടു: “പിതാവിന്റെ കല്പനയാൽ ഞാൻ പല നല്ല പ്രവൃത്തികൾ നിങ്ങളെ കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അവയിൽ ഏതു പ്രവൃത്തിനിമിത്തം നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ കല്ലെറിയുന്നു?” എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.

English: The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone you not; but for blasphemy; and because that you, being a man, make yourself God.

Malayalam: യെഹൂദന്മാർ അവനോടു: നല്ല പ്രവൃത്തി നിമിത്തമല്ല, ദൈവദൂഷണം നിമിത്തവും നീ മനുഷ്യനായിരിക്കെ നിന്നെത്തന്നേ ദൈവം ആക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ടുമത്രേ ഞങ്ങൾ നിന്നെ കല്ലെറിയുന്നതു എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

English: Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, All of you are gods?

Malayalam: യേശു അവരോടു: “നിങ്ങൾ ദേവന്മാർ ആകുന്നു എന്നു ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു എന്നു നിങ്ങളുടെ ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തിൽ എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നില്ലയോ?

English: If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;

Malayalam: ദൈവത്തിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുള്ളവരെ ദേവന്മാർ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു എങ്കിൽ-തിരുവെഴുത്തിന്നു നീക്കം വന്നുകൂടായല്ലോ-

English: Say all of you of him, whom the Father has sanctified, and sent into the world, You blaspheme; because I said, I am the Son of God?

Malayalam: ഞാൻ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ പുത്രൻ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞതുകൊണ്ടു: നീ ദൈവദൂഷണം പറയുന്നു എന്നു പിതാവു വിശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചു ലോകത്തിൽ അയച്ചവനോടു നിങ്ങൾ പറയുന്നുവോ?

English: If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ എന്റെ പിതാവിന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തി ചെയ്യുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ എന്നെ വിശ്വസിക്കേണ്ടാ;

English: But if I do, though all of you believe not me, believe the works: that all of you may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.

Malayalam: ചെയ്യുന്നു എങ്കിലോ എന്നെ വിശ്വസിക്കാതിരുന്നാലും പിതാവു എന്നിലും ഞാൻ പിതാവിലും എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ ഗ്രഹിച്ചു അറിയേണ്ടതിന്നു പ്രവൃത്തിയെ വിശ്വസിപ്പിൻ”.

English: Therefore they sought again to take him: but he escaped out of their hand,

Malayalam: അവർ അവനെ പിന്നെയും പിടിപ്പാൻ നോക്കി; അവനോ അവരുടെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നു ഒഴിഞ്ഞുപോയി.

English: And went away again beyond Jordan into the place where John at first baptized; and there he abode.

Malayalam: അവൻ യോർദ്ദാന്നക്കരെ യോഹന്നാൻ ആദിയിൽ സ്നാനം കഴിപ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്ന സ്ഥലത്തു പിന്നെയും ചെന്നു അവിടെ പാർത്തു.

English: And many resorted unto him, and said, John did no miracle: but all things that John spoke of this man were true.

Malayalam: പലരും അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നു: യോഹന്നാൻ അടയാളം ഒന്നും ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല; എന്നാൽ ഇവനെക്കുറിച്ചു യോഹന്നാൻ പറഞ്ഞതു ഒക്കെയും സത്യമായിരുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

English: And many believed on him there.

Malayalam: അവിടെ പലരും അവനിൽ വിശ്വസിച്ചു.
