English: And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,

Malayalam: യഹോവ മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു:

English: Speak unto Aaron and say unto him, When you light the lamps, the seven lamps shall give light opposite to the candlestick.

Malayalam: ദീപം കൊളുത്തുമ്പോൾ ദീപം ഏഴും നിലവിളക്കിന്റെ മുൻ വശത്തോട്ടു വെളിച്ചംകൊടുക്കേണം എന്നു അഹരോനോടു പറക.

English: And Aaron did so; he lighted the lamps thereof opposite to the candlestick, as the LORD commanded Moses.

Malayalam: അഹരോൻ അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്തു; യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ തന്നേ അവൻ നിലവിളക്കിന്റെ ദീപം മുൻ വശത്തേക്കു തിരിച്ചുകൊളുത്തി.

English: And this work of the candlestick was of beaten gold, unto the shaft thereof, unto the flowers thereof, was beaten work: according unto the pattern which the LORD had showed Moses, so he made the candlestick.

Malayalam: നിലവിളക്കിന്റെ പണിയോ, അതു പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടു അടിച്ചുണ്ടാക്കിയതായിരുന്നു; അതിന്റെ ചുവടുമുതൽ പുഷ്പംവരെ അടിപ്പുപണി തന്നേ; യഹോവ മോശെയെ കാണിച്ച മാതൃകപോലെ തന്നേ അവൻ നിലവിളക്കു ഉണ്ടാക്കി.

English: And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,

Malayalam: യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതെന്തെന്നാൽ:

English: Take the Levites from among the children of Israel, and cleanse them.

Malayalam: ലേവ്യരെ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു എടുത്തു ശുചീകരിക്ക.

English: And thus shall you do unto them, to cleanse them: Sprinkle water of purifying upon them, and let them shave all their flesh, and let them wash their clothes, and so make themselves clean.

Malayalam: അവരെ ശുചീകരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യേണം: പാപപരിഹാരജലം അവരുടെ മേൽ തളിക്കേണം; അവർ സർവ്വാംഗം ക്ഷൌരം ചെയ്തു വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി ഇങ്ങനെ തങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ ശുചീകരിക്കേണം.

English: Then let them take a young bullock with his food offering, even fine flour mingled with oil, and another young bullock shall you take for a sin offering.

Malayalam: അതിന്റെ ശേഷം അവർ ഒരു കാളക്കിടാവിനെയും അതിന്റെ ഭോജനയാഗമായി എണ്ണചേർത്ത നേരിയ മാവും എടുക്കേണം; പാപയാഗത്തിന്നായി നീ വേറെ ഒരു കാളക്കിടാവിനെയും എടുക്കേണം.

English: And you shall bring the Levites before the tabernacle of the congregation: and you shall gather the whole assembly of the children of Israel together:

Malayalam: ലേവ്യരെ സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ വരുത്തേണം; യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ സഭയെ മുഴുവനും ഒരുമിച്ചു കൂട്ടേണം.

English: And you shall bring the Levites before the LORD: and the children of Israel shall put their hands upon the Levites:

Malayalam: പിന്നെ ലേവ്യരെ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ നിർത്തേണം; യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ ലേവ്യരുടെ മേൽ കൈ വെക്കേണം.

English: And Aaron shall offer the Levites before the LORD for an offering of the children of Israel, that they may execute the service of the LORD.

Malayalam: യഹോവയുടെ വേല ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു അഹരോൻ ലേവ്യരെ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ നീരാജനയാഗമായി അർപ്പിക്കേണം.

English: And the Levites shall lay their hands upon the heads of the bullocks: and you shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, unto the LORD, to make an atonement for the Levites.

Malayalam: ലേവ്യർ കാളക്കിടാക്കളുടെ തലയിൽ കൈ വെക്കേണം; പിന്നെ ലേവ്യർക്കുവേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നീ യഹോവെക്കു ഒന്നിനെ പാപയാഗമായിട്ടും മറ്റേതിനെ ഹോമയാഗമായിട്ടും അർപ്പിക്കേണം.

English: And you shall set the Levites before Aaron, and before his sons, and offer them for an offering unto the LORD.

Malayalam: നീ ലേവ്യരെ അഹരോന്റെയും പുത്രന്മാരുടെയും മുമ്പാകെ നിർത്തി യഹോവെക്കു നീരാജനയാഗമായി അർപ്പിക്കേണം.

English: Thus shall you separate the Levites from among the children of Israel: and the Levites shall be mine.

Malayalam: ഇങ്ങനെ ലേവ്യരെ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു വേർതിരിക്കയും ലേവ്യർ എനിക്കുള്ളവരായിരിക്കയും വേണം.

English: And after that shall the Levites go in to do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation: and you shall cleanse them, and offer them for an offering.

Malayalam: അതിന്റെ ശേഷം സമാഗമനക്കുടാരം സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള വേല ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു ലേവ്യർക്കു അടുത്തു ചെല്ലാം; നീ അവരെ ശുചീകരിച്ചു നീരാജനയാഗമായി അർപ്പിക്കേണം.

English: For they are wholly given unto me from among the children of Israel; instead of such as open every womb, even instead of the firstborn of all the children of Israel, have I taken them unto me.

Malayalam: അവർ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു എനിക്കു സാക്ഷാൽ ദാനമായുള്ളവർ; എല്ലാ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളിലുമുള്ള ആദ്യജാതന്മാർക്കു പകരം ഞാൻ അവരെ എനിക്കായി എടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: For all the firstborn of the children of Israel are mine, both man and beast: on the day that I stroke every firstborn in the land of Egypt I sanctified them for myself.

Malayalam: മനുഷ്യരിലാകട്ടെ മൃഗങ്ങളിലാകട്ടെ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾക്കുള്ള കടിഞ്ഞൂൽ ഒക്കെയും എനിക്കുള്ളതു; ഞാൻ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുള്ള കടിഞ്ഞൂലുകളെ ഒക്കെയും സംഹരിച്ച നാളിൽ അവയെ എനിക്കായി ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചു.

English: And I have taken the Levites for all the firstborn of the children of Israel.

Malayalam: എന്നാൽ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളിൽ ഉള്ള എല്ലാ കടിഞ്ഞൂലുകൾക്കും പകരം ഞാൻ ലേവ്യരെ എടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: And I have given the Levites as a gift to Aaron and to his sons from among the children of Israel, to do the service of the children of Israel in the tabernacle of the congregation, and to make an atonement for the children of Israel: that there be no plague among the children of Israel, when the children of Israel come nigh unto the sanctuary.

Malayalam: യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിന്നു അടുത്തു വരുമ്പോൾ അവരുടെ ഇടയിൽ ബാധയുണ്ടാകാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിൽ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ വേല ചെയ്‍വാനും യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾക്കുവേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിപ്പാനും ലേവ്യരെ ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു അഹരോന്നും പുത്രന്മാർക്കും ദാനം ചെയ്തുമിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: And Moses, and Aaron, and all the congregation of the children of Israel, did to the Levites according unto all that the LORD commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so did the children of Israel unto them.

Malayalam: അങ്ങനെ മോശെയും അഹരോനും യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ സഭ മുഴുവനും ലേവ്യരെക്കുറിച്ചു യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതു പോലെയൊക്കെയും ലേവ്യർക്കു ചെയ്തു; അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ അവർക്കു ചെയ്തു.

English: And the Levites were purified, and they washed their clothes; and Aaron offered them as an offering before the LORD; and Aaron made an atonement for them to cleanse them.

Malayalam: ലേവ്യർ തങ്ങൾക്കു തന്നേ പാപശുദ്ധിവരുത്തി വസ്ത്രം അലക്കി; അഹരോൻ അവരെ യഹോവയുടെ സന്നിധിയിൽ നീരാജനയാഗമായി അർപ്പിച്ചു; അവരെ ശുചീകരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അഹരോൻ അവർക്കുവേണ്ടി പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കഴിച്ചു.

English: And after that went the Levites in to do their service in the tabernacle of the congregation before Aaron, and before his sons: as the LORD had commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so did they unto them.

Malayalam: അതിന്റെ ശേഷം ലേവ്യർ അഹരോന്റെയും പുത്രന്മാരുടെയും മുമ്പാകെ സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിൽ തങ്ങളുടെ വേലചെയ്‍വാൻ അടുത്തുചെന്നു; യഹോവ ലേവ്യരെക്കുറിച്ചു മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ തന്നേ അവർ അവർക്കു ചെയ്തു.

English: And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,

Malayalam: യഹോവ പിന്നെയും മോശെയോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു:

English: This is it that belongs unto the Levites: from twenty and five years old and upward they shall go in to wait upon the service of the tabernacle of the congregation:

Malayalam: ലേവ്യർക്കുള്ള പ്രമാണം ആവിതു: ഇരുപത്തഞ്ചു വയസ്സുമുതൽ അവർ സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിലെ വേലചെയ്യുന്ന സേവയിൽ പ്രവേശിക്കേണം.

English: And from the age of fifty years they shall cease waiting upon the service thereof, and shall serve no more:

Malayalam: അമ്പതു വയസ്സുമുതലോ അവർ വേലചെയ്യുന്ന സേവയിൽനിന്നു ഒഴിയേണം; പിന്നെ സേവിക്കേണ്ടാ;

English: But shall minister with their brethren in the tabernacle of the congregation, to keep the charge, and shall do no service. Thus shall you do unto the Levites concerning their charge.

Malayalam: എങ്കിലും സമാഗമനക്കുടാരത്തിലെ കാര്യംനോക്കുന്നതിൽ അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ സഹോദരന്മാരെ സഹായിക്കേണം; വേല ഒന്നും ചെയ്യേണ്ടാ. ലേവ്യരുടെ കാര്യം സംബന്ധിച്ചു നീ ഇങ്ങനെ അവർക്കു ചെയ്യേണം.
