Revelation 1

English: The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to show unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:

Malayalam: യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ വെളിപ്പാടു: വേഗത്തിൽ സംഭവിപ്പാനുള്ളതു തന്റെ ദാസന്മാരെ കാണിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ദൈവം അതു അവന്നു കൊടുത്തു. അവൻ അതു തന്റെ ദൂതൻ മുഖാന്തരം അയച്ചു തന്റെ ദാസനായ യോഹന്നാന്നു പ്രദർശിപ്പിച്ചു.

English: Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw.

Malayalam: അവൻ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ വചനവും യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ സാക്ഷ്യവുമായി താൻ കണ്ടതു ഒക്കെയും സാക്ഷീകരിച്ചു.

English: Blessed is he that reads, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.

Malayalam: ഈ പ്രവചനത്തിന്റെ വാക്കുകളെ വായിച്ചു കേൾപ്പിക്കുന്നവനും കേൾക്കുന്നവരും അതിൽ എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നതു പ്രമാണിക്കുന്നവരും ഭാഗ്യവാന്മാർ; സമയം അടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

English: John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne;

Malayalam: യോഹന്നാൻ ആസ്യയിലെ ഏഴു സഭകൾക്കും എഴുതുന്നതു: ഇരിക്കുന്നവനും ഇരുന്നവനും വരുന്നവനുമായവങ്കൽ നിന്നും അവന്റെ സിംഹാസനത്തിന്മുമ്പിലുള്ള ഏഴു ആത്മാക്കളുടെ പക്കൽനിന്നും

English: And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the First-Born of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

Malayalam: വിശ്വസ്തസാക്ഷിയും മരിച്ചവരിൽ ആദ്യജാതനും ഭൂരാജാക്കന്മാർക്കു അധിപതിയും ആയ യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിങ്കൽ നിന്നും നിങ്ങൾക്കു കൃപയും സമാധാനവും ഉണ്ടാകട്ടെ.

English: And has made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Malayalam: നമ്മെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നവനും നമ്മുടെ പാപം പോക്കി നമ്മെ തന്റെ രക്തത്താൽ വിടുവിച്ചു തന്റെ പിതാവായ ദൈവത്തിന്നു നമ്മെ രാജ്യവും പുരോഹിതന്മാരും ആക്കിത്തീർത്തവനുമായവന്നു എന്നെന്നേക്കും മഹത്വവും ബലവും; ആമേൻ.

English: Behold, he comes with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all families of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

Malayalam: ഇതാ, അവൻ മേഘാരൂഢനായി വരുന്നു; ഏതു കണ്ണും, അവനെ കുത്തിത്തുളെച്ചവരും അവനെ കാണും; ഭൂമിയിലെ ഗോത്രങ്ങൾ ഒക്കെയും അവനെച്ചൊല്ലി വിലപിക്കും. ഉവ്വു, ആമേൻ.

English: I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, says the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ അല്ഫയും ഒമേഗയും ആകുന്നു എന്നു ഇരിക്കുന്നവനും ഇരുന്നവനും വരുന്നവനുമായി സർവ്വശക്തിയുള്ള ദൈവമായ കർത്താവു അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു.

English: I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങളുടെ സഹോദരനും യേശുവിന്റെ കഷ്ടതയിലും രാജ്യത്തിലും സഹിഷ്ണതയിലും കൂട്ടാളിയുമായ യോഹന്നാൻ എന്ന ഞാൻ ദൈവവചനവും യേശുവിന്റെ സാക്ഷ്യവും നിമിത്തം പത്മൊസ് എന്ന ദ്വീപിൽ ആയിരുന്നു.

English: I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,

Malayalam: കർത്തൃദിവസത്തിൽ ഞാൻ ആത്മവിവശനായി:

English: Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What you see, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.

Malayalam: നീ കാണുന്നതു ഒരു പുസ്തകത്തിൽ എഴുതി എഫെസൊസ്, സ്മുർന്നാ; പെർഗ്ഗമൊസ്, തുയഥൈര, സർദ്ദീസ്, ഫിലദെൽഫ്യ, ലവൊദിക്ക്യാ എന്ന ഏഴു സഭകൾക്കും അയക്കുക എന്നിങ്ങനെ കാഹളത്തിന്നൊത്ത ഒരു മഹാനാദം എന്റെ പുറകിൽ കേട്ടു.

English: And I turned to see the voice that spoke with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;

Malayalam: എന്നോടു സംസാരിച്ച നാദം എന്തു എന്നു കാണ്മാൻ ഞാൻ തിരിഞ്ഞു.

English: And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the breast with a golden girdle.

Malayalam: തിരിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ ഏഴു പൊൻനിലവിളക്കുകളെയും നിലവിളക്കുകളുടെ നടുവിൽ നിലയങ്കി ധരിച്ചു മാറത്തു പൊൻകച്ച കെട്ടിയവനായി മനുഷ്യപുത്രനോടു സദൃശനായവനെയും കണ്ടു.

English: His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;

Malayalam: അവന്റെ തലയും തലമുടിയും വെളുത്ത പഞ്ഞിപോലെ ഹിമത്തോളം വെള്ളയും കണ്ണു അഗ്നിജ്വാലെക്കു ഒത്തതും

English: And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

Malayalam: കാൽ ഉലയിൽ ചുട്ടു പഴുപ്പിച്ച വെള്ളോട്ടിന്നു സദൃശവും അവന്റെ ശബ്ദം പെരുവെള്ളത്തിന്റെ ഇരെച്ചൽപോലെയും ആയിരുന്നു. അവന്റെ വലങ്കയ്യിൽ ഏഴു നക്ഷത്രം ഉണ്ടു;

English: And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp two-edged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shines in his strength.

Malayalam: അവന്റെ വായിൽ നിന്നു മൂർച്ചയേറിയ ഇരുവായ്ത്തലയുള്ള വാൾ പുറപ്പെടുന്നു; അവന്റെ മുഖം സൂര്യൻ ശക്തിയോടെ പ്രകാശിക്കുന്നതു പോലെ ആയിരുന്നു.

English: And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:

Malayalam: അവനെ കണ്ടിട്ടു ഞാൻ മരിച്ചവനെപ്പോലെ അവന്റെ കാൽക്കൽ വീണു. അവൻ വലങ്കൈ എന്റെ മേൽ വെച്ചു: ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ടാ, ഞാൻ ആദ്യനും അന്ത്യനും ജീവനുള്ളവനും ആകുന്നു.

English: I am he that lives, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ മരിച്ചവനായിരുന്നു; എന്നാൽ ഇതാ, എന്നെന്നേക്കും ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; മരണത്തിന്റെയും പാതാളത്തിന്റെയും താക്കോൽ എന്റെ കൈവശമുണ്ടു.

English: Write the things which you have seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter;

Malayalam: നീ കണ്ടതും ഇപ്പോൾ ഉള്ളതും ഇനി സംഭവിപ്പാനിരിക്കുന്നതും

English: The mystery of the seven stars which you saw in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which you saw are the seven churches.

Malayalam: എന്റെ വലങ്കയ്യിൽ കണ്ട ഏഴു നക്ഷത്രത്തിന്റെ മർമ്മവും ഏഴു പൊൻനിലവിളക്കിന്റെ വിവരവും എഴുതുക. ഏഴു നക്ഷത്രം ഏഴു സഭകളുടെ ദൂതന്മാരാകുന്നു; ഏഴു നിലവിളക്കു ഏഴു സഭകൾ ആകുന്നു എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.
