Psalms 14

English: The fool has said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that does good.

Malayalam: ദൈവം ഇല്ല എന്നു മൂഢൻ തന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ പറയുന്നു; അവർ വഷളന്മാരായി മ്ളേച്ഛത പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു; നന്മചെയ്യുന്നവൻ ആരുമില്ല.

English: The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.

Malayalam: ദൈവത്തെ അന്വേഷിക്കുന്ന ബുദ്ധിമാനുണ്ടോ എന്നു കാണ്മാൻ യഹോവ സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽനിന്നു മനുഷ്യപുത്രന്മാരെ നോക്കുന്നു.

English: They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that does good, no, not one.

Malayalam: എല്ലാവരും വഴിതെറ്റി ഒരുപോലെ കൊള്ളരുതാത്തവരായിത്തീർന്നു; നന്മ ചെയ്യുന്നവനില്ല; ഒരുത്തൻ പോലുമില്ല.

English: Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD.

Malayalam: നീതികേടു പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നവർ ആരും അറിയുന്നില്ലയോ? അപ്പം തിന്നുന്നതുപോലെ അവർ എന്റെ ജനത്തെ തിന്നുകളയുന്നു; യഹോവയോടു അവർ പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുന്നില്ല.

English: There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous.

Malayalam: അവർ അവിടെ അത്യന്തം ഭയപ്പെട്ടു; യഹോവ നീതിമാന്മാരുടെ തലമുറയിൽ ഉണ്ടല്ലോ.

English: All of you have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the LORD is his refuge.

Malayalam: നിങ്ങൾ ദരിദ്രന്റെ ആലോചനെക്കു ഭംഗം വരുത്തുന്നു; എന്നാൽ യഹോവ അവന്റെ സങ്കേതമാകുന്നു.

English: Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! when the LORD brings back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.

Malayalam: സീയോനിൽനിന്നു യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ രക്ഷവന്നെങ്കിൽ! യഹോവ തന്റെ ജനത്തിന്റെ സ്ഥിതി മാറ്റുമ്പോൾ യാക്കോബ് സന്തോഷിക്കയും യിസ്രായേൽ ആനന്ദിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.
