Psalms 13

English: How long will you forget me, O LORD? for ever? how long will you hide your face from me?

Malayalam: യഹോവേ, എത്രത്തോളം നീ എന്നെ മറന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കും? നീ എത്രത്തോളം നിന്റെ മുഖത്തെ ഞാൻ കാണാതവണ്ണം മറെക്കും?

English: How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?

Malayalam: എത്രത്തോളം ഞാൻ എന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ വിചാരം പിടിച്ചു എന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ ദിവസംപ്രതി ദുഃഖം അനുഭവിക്കേണ്ടിവരും? എത്രത്തോളം എന്റെ ശത്രു എന്റെമേൽ ഉയർന്നിരിക്കും?

English: Consider and hear me, O LORD my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death;

Malayalam: എന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവേ, കടാക്ഷിക്കേണമേ; എനിക്കു ഉത്തരം അരുളേണമേ; ഞാൻ മരണനിദ്ര പ്രാപിക്കാതിരിപ്പാൻ എന്റെ കണ്ണുകളെ പ്രകാശിപ്പിക്കേണമേ.

English: Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; and those that trouble me rejoice when I am moved.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ അവനെ തോല്പിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു എന്നു എന്റെ ശത്രു പറയരുതേ; ഞാൻ ഭ്രമിച്ചുപോകുന്നതിനാൽ എന്റെ വൈരികൾ ഉല്ലസിക്കയുമരുതേ.

English: But I have trusted in your mercy; my heart shall rejoice in your salvation.

Malayalam: ഞാനോ നിന്റെ കരുണയിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ഹൃദയം നിന്റെ രക്ഷയിൽ ആനന്ദിക്കും.

English: I will sing unto the LORD, because he has dealt bountifully with me.

Malayalam: യഹോവ എനിക്കു നന്മ ചെയ്തിരിക്കകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ അവന്നു പാട്ടു പാടും.
