Psalms 9

English: I will praise you, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will show forth all your marvellous works.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ പൂർണ്ണഹൃദയത്തോടെ യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിക്കും; നിന്റെ അത്ഭുതങ്ങളെ ഒക്കെയും ഞാൻ വർണ്ണിക്കും.

English: I will be glad and rejoice in you: I will sing praise to your name, O you most High.

Malayalam: ഞാൻ നിന്നിൽ സന്തോഷിച്ചുല്ലസിക്കും; അത്യുന്നതനായുള്ളോവേ, ഞാൻ നിന്റെ നാമത്തെ കീർത്തിക്കും.

English: When mine enemies are turned back, they shall fall and perish at your presence.

English: For you have maintained my right and my cause; you sat in the throne judging right.

English: You have rebuked the heathen, you have destroyed the wicked, you have put out their name for ever and ever.

Malayalam: നീ ജാതികളെ ശാസിച്ചു ദുഷ്ടനെ നശിപ്പിച്ചു; അവരുടെ നാമത്തെ നീ സദാകാലത്തേക്കും മായിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു.

English: O you enemy, destructions are come to a perpetual end: and you have destroyed cities; their memorial is perished with them.

English: But the LORD shall endure for ever: he has prepared his throne for judgment.

English: And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.

Malayalam: അവൻ ലോകത്തെ നീതിയോടെ വിധിക്കും; ജാതികൾക്കു നേരോടെ ന്യായപാലനം ചെയ്യും.

English: The LORD also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.

Malayalam: യഹോവ പീഡിതന്നു ഒരു അഭയസ്ഥാനം; കഷ്ടകാലത്തു ഒരഭയസ്ഥാനം തന്നേ.

English: And they that know your name will put their trust in you: for you, LORD, have not forsaken them that seek you.

Malayalam: നിന്റെ നാമത്തെ അറിയുന്നവർ നിങ്കൽ ആശ്രയിക്കും; യഹോവേ, നിന്നെ അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നവരെ നീ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നില്ലല്ലോ.

English: Sing praises to the LORD, which dwells in Zion: declare among the people his doings.

English: When he makes inquisition for blood, he remembers them: he forgets not the cry of the humble.

English: Have mercy upon me, O LORD; consider my trouble which I suffer of them that hate me, you that lift me up from the gates of death:

English: That I may show forth all your praise in the gates of the daughter of Zion: I will rejoice in your salvation.

English: The heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken.

English: The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.

English: For the needy shall not always be forgotten: the expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever.

English: Arise, O LORD; let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged in your sight.

English: Put them in fear, O LORD: that the nations may know themselves to be but men. Selah.
